At FezTourGuides, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to all parties involved.
1. Cancellation by Customers
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled tour date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 days and 24h before the scheduled tour date will incur a cancellation fee of 20%.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date or for no-shows.
2. Cancellation by FezTourGuides
- In rare cases where FezTourGuides must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- We will notify customers as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may request to reschedule their booking:
- Requests made more than 3 Days before the scheduled tour date will be accommodated without additional fees.
- Requests made less than 3 Days before the scheduled tour date may incur a rescheduling fee of 20%, subject to availability.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 48h of the cancellation request.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
